Can I use my Dedicated Account Manager to help me build out my systems and account?

-The Dedicated Account Manager is for answering questions and solving any issues that come up while using HighLevel, but they are not necessarily consultants and do not work on building out accounts, campaigns, etc - we do have consulting available in a different package.

What happens to a client’s listings if I cancel their Listings account?

-Our 24 Hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) means that your Dedicated Account Manager will get back to you at a max of 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
